Project Management is a professional service that applies effective management techniques to the planning, design, and construction of a project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling time, cost, and quality. When JGI brings together the client, the design team, and our staff of experienced people for the first time, we lead the group in forming a common vision for the finished product. As the Project Manager, we guide the team in establishing goals, requirements, and expectations from the very beginning, so everyone can concentrate on their details of the job as we progress. JGI serves as the client's advocate and advisor and representative during the design phase, the administrator of the negotiation phase, and the supervisor of the construction phase. From the first meeting to the final inspections, our Project Management services make sure the bricks and mortar come together on or under budget and on time or early. |
